UK Covid Inquiry begins to hear evidence on vaccines
Module 4 of the UK Covid-19 Inquiry, focusing on the development of Covid-19 vaccines and the implementation of the vaccine rollout programme across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, is finally taking place. Here are some highlights from submissions made by the public.
The public hearing for UK Covid-19 Inquiry’s ‘Module 4 on Vaccines and Therapeutics’ was expected to take place over four weeks in July 2024 but was delayed until this year with no date given when they would be held.
Last year, a group of experts who were called to submit witness statements for Module 4, lost faith in the Government’s process and held their own inquiry because the public needed to hear the real evidence about the covid vaccines and their roll-out without any more delay.
The public hearing for Module 4 began yesterday with opening submissions from the council and core participants.
In the morning before the opening submissions, the UK Covid-19 Inquiry released a video titled ‘Module 4 Impact Film’, which highlighted some people’s experiences of vaccines and therapeutics during the “pandemic.” At the same time, the Inquiry published a document titled ‘Every Story Matters’ – dated October 2024 – which summarises witnesses’ statements. The following article describes some highlights from the Inquiry’s film and document.

Every Story Matters 2025
This is the second ‘Every Story Matters’ record for the UK Covid-19 Inquiry. (See my previous ‘Every Story Matters’ analysis HERE.)
This document brings together what contributors told the inquiry about their experiences of covid-19 “vaccines” and therapeutics used for “covid-19” during the “pandemic.”
Module 4 analysed 34,441 stories covering 25 towns and cities across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland:
- 28,246 stories from England.
- 2,756 from Scotland.
- 3,133 from Wales.
- 1,679 from Northern Ireland.
Below is a compilation of what some of the witnesses said as recorded in the UK Covid-19 Inquiry’s document ‘Every Story Matters’ which includes:
‘‘I had given over 18 years of commitment, done my job to the best of my ability, had never had one complaint, however, I was set to be sacked if I didn’t put this experiment in my body.’’ – Frontline worker during the pandemic (pg. 26)
‘‘I have another friend who is seriously vaccine injured … She had an anaphylactic shock in the chemist after she had the vaccine, she’s 28 and now doesn’t have a life.’’– Every Story Matters contributor (pg. 43)
[Biologyphenom’s article includes a video of these statements which we have converted to a slideshow.]
The statement on page 4 of ‘Every Story Matters’ fully corroborates my local experiences with people who signed up for the medical experiment in 2021: ‘‘We heard fewer stories and experiences from people who said they had taken the vaccine and were happy with their decision.’’
And how dangerous was “covid”?
‘‘I had had covid and I had had no symptoms … I had already gone through it. I tested positive, however, nothing happened and everyone in my family got it. There were about 18 of us and we all had covid at the same time … It was just a really bad cold.’’

Inquiry Video Contains Harrowing Details
Here is the Module 4 video which was delayed before release. The first speaker, Peter McMahon, said his wife reacted badly to sedative medication 5 days before her death. The death certificate had three causes of death with the first being covid-19, the second was kidney failure and the third was asthma:
I found out that when they were putting her in the prone position that they had given an injection to relax the muscles and she had taken a reaction to it and they got a fright when her stats (vital statistics) had changed.
I wasn’t sure that the reason they gave me was the truth and I’ve tried to find something in the medical records, but they are hard to read and I couldn’t make head nor tail of it.
Scottish Covid-19 Inquiry Witness Statement, 16 October 2023, paragraphs 83-85
At timestamp 2:31, Annamarie from Northern Ireland said: ‘‘I worked in a care home … we were forced to take the vaccine … I said ‘no, I wasn’t taking it’.’’
