Montana Considers Becoming First State to Ban mRNA Vaccines (Video)

“Gene-based vaccines, or mRNA vaccines, are the most destructive and lethal medical products that have ever been used in medical history. I am asking you to support this bill banning gene-based vaccines so we can halt continued harm, disability, and death of our citizens.” — Dr. Christine Drivdahl-Smith

In a groundbreaking move, Montana legislators are considering a bill that would make the state the first in the U.S. to ban mRNA vaccines. The proposal, introduced by a group of 13 Republican lawmakers, has ignited intense debate, drawing strong support from critics of the vaccines and pushback from medical and pharmaceutical organizations.

A hearing on the bill lasted more than two hours on Friday, with passionate testimonies from medical professionals and concerned citizens. Proponents of the legislation argue that mRNA vaccines, including the COVID-19 shots, have led to widespread side effects, unknown long-term consequences, deaths, and potential risks from shedding.

“Most Destructive and Deadly Medical Products”

Miles City physician Dr. Christine Drivdahl-Smith testified in support of the ban, calling mRNA vaccines “the most destructive and lethal medical products ever used in human history.” She urged lawmakers to act swiftly to prevent further harm, warning that dozens of new mRNA vaccines are currently in development.

Dr. Drivdahl-Smith referenced data from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), stating that by the end of 2024, over 38,000 deaths had been reported following COVID-19 vaccination. She emphasized that this figure is likely a drastic undercount, citing estimates that actual deaths could be underreported by a factor of 31 to 100.

Additionally, she pointed to over 3,400 peer-reviewed studies documenting vaccine-related injuries, including cardiac arrest, myocarditis, blood clots, immune suppression, autoimmune disorders, neurological conditions, prion diseases, and reproductive harms. According to her testimony, every highly vaccinated country has experienced increases in mortality, declines in life expectancy, and reduced fertility rates.

Contaminated with DNA, Risk of Cancer

Drivdahl-Smith further warned that mRNA vaccines are contaminated with DNA fragments that exceed regulatory limits by up to 400 times. She stated that this contamination increases the risk of cancer and that foreign genetic material from the shots has been found within human cells in laboratory studies and colon cancer biopsies.

She also raised concerns about vaccine shedding, arguing that the mRNA shots, like other gene therapy products, can be transmitted to others via bodily fluids, excrement, and airborne particles. Studies, she claimed, have confirmed adverse reactions in individuals exposed to vaccinated individuals through shedding.

“Time Is of the Essence”

The physician noted that despite mounting evidence of harm, major health organizations continue to promote the vaccines. She criticized the FDA for repeatedly renewing the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) status of COVID-19 shots, extending their legal immunity from liability until 2029.

“There have been ever-increasing calls for an immediate ban by professional groups all across the globe,” Drivdahl-Smith said. She pointed to lawsuits filed by five state attorneys general against Pfizer for misrepresenting the efficacy of the shots and a recent citizens’ petition urging the FDA to withdraw them due to undisclosed DNA contamination.

“The drug companies, the regulators, and the federal government have failed to act. We all know that the hands of justice move slowly. Time is of the essence,” she concluded. “I’ve spent over half my medical career in emergency medicine, and during a trauma code, the most important thing is to stop the bleeding. Montana, let’s get this done. We must ban gene-based vaccines.”

The Road Ahead

If Montana moves forward with banning mRNA vaccines, it would set a precedent for other states to follow. The bill’s passage is uncertain, as it faces opposition from powerful medical and pharmaceutical interests. Still, its introduction alone signals a growing movement questioning the safety and necessity of gene-based vaccination technologies.

The debate is far from over, and as more states weigh the risks and benefits of mRNA technology, the outcome in Montana could have far-reaching consequences for the future of vaccine policy in the United States.
